2008 Moto GP - Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Jack and I make our way to the inagural Moto GP event at IMS. The event was rain shortened due to Hurricane Ike passing through central Indiana with 60 mph winds. We had great seats (paid general admission) in Stand E (reserved seating), the yellow shirts were not checking tickets... so being opportunist... we went up and sat down! A great seat to watch the action in turns 1,2 and 3 but not so great for photo ops. Please excuse the catch fence blur that is in most shots as I had to shoot through the fence with the 70-200 and the 1.4x extender on this gray, rainy day.
